Shadi Nadri

Board Member

Shadi Nadri is a nonprofit professional, currently apprenticing to learn the craft of community organizing. She recently relocated to Omaha, Nebraska, but lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 20 years. At the University of Tulsa she earned a degree in English literature and French language. She brings her nonprofit experience and her love of language and letters to the Poetic Justice Board, where she is eager to be a resource for the board and staff.

Shadi graduated from the Inclusive Leadership Institute, is certified in nonprofit management from OKCNP, was in Leadership Tulsa class 68, is an instructor of Youth Mental Health First Aid, and served on the board of American Theatre Company, where she co-founded the annual Words on Stage Playwriting Contest. In her free time, Shadi dances, plays piano, and spends quality time with friends.
